Exploring Our Journey

Starting as a small workshop in 1986, Omch has grown into an internationally renowned industrial automation brand, with a development journey full of overcoming challenges and continuous innovation.
Omch was born in the early days of the automation industry's rise. The founder, Mr. Chen, and his three brothers keenly noticed that the automation components market was monopolized by overseas brands with high prices that domestic companies couldn't afford.

Starting from scratch, we set up a small workshop focusing on producing affordable photoelectric switches and proximity switches. Despite technical challenges and limited funding, we overcame difficulties through continuous learning and innovation, eventually winning the trust of our first international customers and establishing long-term partnerships.
The Starting Point

As orders rapidly increased, the small workshop could no longer meet customer demands. Omch established a formal factory and introduced advanced overseas manufacturing solutions to improve production capacity and efficiency. Despite heavy financial pressure from expansion, we persevered in fulfilling customer orders, building a strong foundation for broader market development.

Despite heavy financial pressure from expansion, we persevered in fulfilling customer orders, building a strong foundation for broader market development.
Omch achieved major growth by upgrading equipment and improving product design. Our products gained better precision, power and compact size to meet international standards.

The company expanded globally with distributors in over 70 countries including India, Middle East, Egypt and Turkey. We earned recognition as an OEM partner for several well-known brands, reaching a new level of international development.

Omch achieved major growth by upgrading equipment and improving product design. Our products gained better precision, power and compact size to meet international standards.

The company expanded globally with distributors in over 70 countries including India, Middle East, Egypt and Turkey. We earned recognition as an OEM partner for several well-known brands, reaching a new level of international development.
Omch's annual output reached 80 million units, double its previous capacity. To meet growing demand, we relocated to larger facilities and upgraded equipment. This expansion improved our ability to serve both domestic and international customers.

Omch earned tech enterprise status from both Wenzhou City and Zhejiang Province. Our focus on R&D led to about 30 product patents. These achievements strengthened our position in industrial automation and increased customer trust globally.

We launched major improvements across multiple areas in 2020. By investing $3 million annually in R&D, we developed more advanced automation products and enhanced our production with new equipment like SMT machines, aging equipment, and automatic dispensers. These upgrades helped reduce costs and speed up delivery.

Our improved proximity and photoelectric switches now feature a 3mm detection range and internal protection, making them compatible with international brands like Omron, SMC, and SICK. With CCC, CE, and RoHS certifications, we expanded to over 30 product categories, covering 200 series and 3,000 specifications, achieving 98% customer satisfaction.
